Hulihe'e Palace Paint-Out

This weekend promises to be interesting with a paint-out at the Palace where the Hawaiian Monarchy once held court. With more then 30 painters and a small area and a lot of vegitation I wonder how we'll be able to do anything else then paint the painters. I'll be especially interested in noting how those that aren't used to painting en plein air (literally "painting out there" or on site) are going to handle packing and hauling the stuff they need to paint that usually resides in their cabinets or on the taboret - I'll let you know.

TO POST A COMMENT - CLICK ON THE HEADING OF THE ARTICLE YOU WANT TO COMMENT ON (I know, I know, a preposition is a bad word to end a sentence with) I also wanted to add that the Hulihe'e Paint Out is being hosted by the Kailua Village Artists group - their gallery is at Outrigger Keauhou Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona.
